Dynamic vs Static- Which is preferred?

You don't necessarily need a large social media presence, just an active one. The more you engage with the local community by responding to comments and questions, the more your Facebook, Google+, Twitter and other social profiles are likely to appear in local searches. If you can’t meet a visitor’s need on that page, direct them to a page (or even another site) that can. The user will greatly appreciate it and your webpage’s authority will be boosted. Google offers another tool called Google Website Optimizer that allows you to run experiments to find what on-page changes will produce the best conversion rates with visitors. There is no one quick fix for breaking through the rankings and getting yourself on top, unless you’re willing to pay an exorbitant amount of money for ads which are highly likely to just be ignored, anyhow. You shouldn’t only target 1 keyword, even if you have a very small budget or think that 1 keyword covers everything that you do or sell. This is a mistake because unless it’s a highly searched for keyword, and if it is then the competition to rank well for it will be fierce and getting your site in the top positions for it very difficult, then ranking for that 1 keyword won’t attract enough visitors to your site. Google scores ‘fresh content’ that’s updated regularly in a different way to a news article that doesn’t change. Duplicate content is content that appears in more than one place online. When there are multiple pieces of identical content, it's difficult for search engines to decide which version is more relevant to a given search query. The length of search phrases continues to grow. Back when the Internet was just an upstart, single keywords were the only thing you needed. Another “old school” method of building up your backlinks is to make use of Forum Posting. It is a quick, easy and sometimes even fun way to get your links out and maybe even have someone directly click on them which is always a good thing.

This is a big step forward in SEO and the webmaster/search engine relationship. Submitting a sitemap to search engines reflecting any updates will certainly aid your cause. According to Google, a sitemap is “ a file where you can list the web pages of your site to tell Google and other search engines about the organization of your site content. Search engine web crawlers like Googlebot read this file to more intelligently crawl your site.” Don’t put off submitting your sitemap!

This is the key to building decent backlinks in order to rank highly in search engines. " Using heading in your page structure can have a big impact on searchability. Search engines use the headings to index the structure and content of your web pages. Content creation and distribution is essential for SEO. Content is about much more than what's on your website. A key lesson to apply to pretty much every aspect of SEO, is not to get carried away when you find ideas that work. For example, just because quality is key, that doesn’t mean that you need to disavow every low quality link and only ever build links from the top sites.

What have you tried that doesn’t work?

It's unlikely that either site would have become as successful as they are today. When content and design work in harmony, users will find your site more easily and stay there longer.

Many small business owners balk at video marketing because they think that their business isn’t “video worthy”. But if lawyers and instant coffee brands can have a YouTube channel there’s no reason you can’t either. Even better than the traffic you get from video websites are the high-quality backlinks from high PageRank authority websites. The rule of thumb is to use each keyword combination once per 100 words of content. While most SEO gurus preach that a web page should include 300 to 1,000 words of unique content, it’s important to remember that you’re writing for people, not robots. Keep it natural. A silly issue that causes huge problems -- and happens more often than you would think -- is that sometimes people forget to unblock robots from crawling and indexing the website after the website goes live. Many businesses assume that they don’t need to worry about keyword research. They think they know what terms people use to find what they sell, and they also assume that Google understands the content on their website. This is incorrect on all counts.
